Service Description

A 2 hour session of integrated therapies designed to optimise your mental and emotional well being. HeartSpeak to resolve or ease your stress response. This is followed by an either ear acupuncture or acupressure treatment in combination with layered Sound & Frequency healing work on the body with therapeutic tuning forks and tones. An immersive experience to calm and reset any dis-regulation of the nervous system. At your first session we will agree an individual plan tailored to your specific needs. This can cover a range of services and approaches, including one or more of these elements: - History Recode - Trauma release - Specific issue stress release - Relationship refresh - Thoughts reframe - Detox and nervous system reset - Values exploration - Purpose and goals - Personality profiling & insights Whether you're looking to overcome trauma, manage stress, improve relationships, or tackle a specific issue, this plan can be paced to suit your availability and finances. The number of sessions required depends on the issues you want to address and if we are doing a History Recode (check out the History Recode blog post), then how old you are. Someone in their 60's usually needs 10 sessions to do a full History Recode. If you have one specific issue and are generally well, you may only need a couple of appointments. Choose to stage your 2 hour sessions weekly, fortnightly or monthly. These sessions are face to face at Ogston Reservoir. You can book in a series of sessions in one go online if you need to secure the dates, or alternatively book your first session and then we can agree the number of likely required sessions depending on the nature of the work you wish to do.
