Service Description
A one hour integrative therapy session. If you are action biased and don't want to spend much time in conversation, this might be the one for you. We'll clear some stuff away with HeartSpeak and then (time allowing) you can enjoy a brief Guided Relaxation along with powerful ear acupuncture to stimulate your Vagus Nerve and give your nervous system a helpful nudge to reset. THIS SESSION IS NOT SUITABLE FOR AN INITIAL SESSION. PLEASE BOOK ONE OF THE 2 HOUR TREATMENT TYPES FOR YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT and these shorter ones can be scheduled after this.
