A 2 hour session of integrated therapies designed to optimise your mental and emotional well being. HeartSpeak to resolve or ease your stress response. This is followed by an either ear acupuncture or acupressure treatment, laying on the amazing vibro-acoustic Woojer mat whilst experiencing the layering of therapeutic sounds & frequencies on the body. An immersive experience to calm and reset any dis-regulation of the nervous system and provide relief from muscular tension and pain. At your first session we will agree an individual plan tailored to your specific needs. Treatment plans of 4 or more sessions can benefit from the addition of tailored digital frequencies targeting specific issues. Whether you're looking to overcome trauma, manage stress, improve relationships, or navigate loss, this plan can be paced to suit your availability and finances. The number of sessions required depends on the number and nature of the issues you want to address Choose to stage your 2 hour sessions weekly, fortnightly or monthly. These sessions are face to face at Ogston Reservoir. You can book in a series of sessions in one go online if you need to secure the dates, or alternatively book your first session and then we can agree the number of likely required sessions depending on the nature of the work you wish to do.
