Service Description

This session is adaptable to whatever you or your child is seeking support for. They are ideally suited to kids and teens who do not want to or do not feel able to talk about what's going on for them. Most often we'll be using HeartSpeak, a therapy that is easy and quite playful in nature. The accompanying parent will be present in the session unless agreed otherwise.
