These sessions are highly flexible and shaped to suit your individual needs. Whilst I am not a traditional 'grief counsellor' many people need a private place to find a way through difficult times due to losing someone or the ending of a relationship. That can look like talking and exploration or passive restorative treatments for frazzled nerves and a heart that aches... often both. This two hour session allows time to experience a number of different therapies and this might be all you need to catch your breath. Or it may lead to us working together for a longer period of time.
