Service Description

This treatment unique to Heart and Head Space. Relax in comfort on a massage couch topped with our wonderful vibro-acoustic Woojer mat. Close your eyes and let your awareness drift away immersed in a powerful combination of acoustic and digital frequencies as you receive a 'sonic tune-up' with therapeutically calibrated tuning forks used on and around your body. If you are seeking a specific therapeutic outcome then a minimum of 4 weekly sessions is recommended (or twice weekly if in crisis). Feel free to book one session initially to experience this treatment. You may choose to add a further 'layer' into the the treatment with ear acupuncture or acupressure (direct stimulation for your Vagus nerve).
