The Harbour Kitchen
The Harbour Kitchen is a deeper guided experiential track for people who feel caught between conflicting parts of themselves around food, comfort, cravings, health, or self-care.
Many people know what they “should” do… yet still find themselves pulled toward automatic eating, emotional comfort-seeking, rebellion, or urges that seem stronger than logic. This track approaches those patterns differently.
Rather than using willpower, criticism, or restrictive messaging, The Harbour Kitchen gently guides you into an active internal conversation between the different parts of yourself that may want very different things. One part may long for freedom, mobility, energy, confidence, or participation in life… while another seeks comfort, relief, stimulation, familiarity, or protection from feelings of deprivation, pressure, or overwhelm.
Using a calm harbour-side setting, repeated grounding phrases, hypnotic embedded suggestions, and nervous-system-informed guidance, this track helps create the “pause” between urge and action where new behavioural choice can begin.
This is not a passive relaxation track. It works best when listened to attentively and repeatedly over time, allowing the nervous system to gradually strengthen new neural pathways through repetition.
Particularly supportive for:
emotional or stress-related eating
compulsive snacking or grazing
feelings of being “out of control” around food
rebellion against restriction or dieting
comfort eating
shame-based eating cycles
highly reactive or sensitive nervous systems
people who feel internally “split” between health goals and urges
Repeated throughout the track is the phrase:
Pause… notice… listen.
Over time, this may begin becoming a familiar internal cue that helps restore awareness, regulation, and choice in everyday moments.
