Service Description

This treatment combines three therapies in 90 minute session designed to fully support your mental and emotional well being. HeartSpeak resolves or eases your stress response. This is followed by an ear acupuncture or acupressure treatment in combination with therapeutic Guided Relaxation to calm and reset dis-regulation of the nervous system. At your first session we will agree an individual plan tailored to your specific needs. Experience the power of HeartSpeak stress clearance and then resettle your body with an auricular therapy. Whether you're looking to overcome trauma, manage stress, improve relationships, or tackle a specific issue, this plan can be paced to suit your availability and finances. The number of sessions required depends on the number and nature of the issues you want to address. Choose to stage your 2 hour sessions weekly, fortnightly or monthly. These sessions are face to face at Ogston Reservoir. You can book in a series of sessions in one go online if you need to secure the dates, or alternatively book your first session and then we can agree the number of likely required sessions depending on the nature of the work you wish to do.
